Endesco, Inc., founded in 1997 as a professional consultancy organization, is a multi-disciplined engineering design, consulting and construction management firm based in the Washington Metropolitan Area. We are certified as a small minority-owned disadvantaged business enterprise (MBE/DBE/SBE) with the Metropolitan Washington Unified Certification Program participants including DDOT and Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), MDOT, VDOT, PennDOT, NJDOT, NYDOT, TxDOT, and local counties and municipalities. We have a proven record of performing civil engineering projects ranging from simple design to highly complex analysis. During the past ten years, Endesco has been actively working on major Design-Build projects in the region – Inter-County Connector Contracts A and B in MD, the I-95 Express lanes Project in VA, the Washington Metro Silver Line/Dulles Metrorail Phase II Project, and the Purple Line in MD. The Inter-County Connector Contract B has been given the Best Transportation Engineering Project, 2012 Award for the Mid-Atlantic Region by the ENR.
