Endotarget is a New Orleans, LA -based biotechnology company with a mature Targeted Protein Degradation platform. Our late preclinical-stage first-in-class ALK and ROS1 degraders are able to maintain low nM activity on tumors that have become resistant to all TKIs. Our compounds are well validated, orally bioavailable, and within 12 months of IND submission. We also have degraders targeting BTK, CDK 4/6, hormone receptors, as well as earlier programs in antiviral space. Our global IP is active into 2042 and beyond.
