Endow Support and Consulting is a NDIS disability service provider based in Brisbane but provides supports across Australia. We provide support to all participants, regardless of how their plan is managed.
Our aim is to provide participants, their formal and informal support, a holistic recovery approach to bettering their lives, having their needs met, exercising their choice and control, and achieving their goals.
We focus on a person-centered approach and therefore all supports are tailored made to suit each individual, their goals, their budget, and the NDIS guidelines. We ensure that supports provided to participants also meet reasonable and necessary.
Our team consists of different health and social services professionals, who are highly qualified, skilled and have relevant experience, qualifications and NDIS screening checks.
Our team focuses on a person centered approach when providing all services to participants.
Additional to the above, we have a team that specializes in the supporting participants under the complex care team pathway and have a team that supports eligible individuals to apply or reapply for NDIS. Our support includes helping you gather all the required documents, going through the documentation to ensure that the application and supporting documents align with the NDIS requirements and we assist with submitting the application to NDIA.
We support eligible participants with preparing for their first plan meetings and attend the meetings with them when the need arises.
