EnduCloud delivers a platform that prescribe, analyze and personalize aerobic physical activity for health and performance. EnduCloud uses the latest research in physiology and sport science to model and analyze the effects of physical activity using both analytical tools and AI models, and uses these to prescribe the optimal training plan to the user needs, and adapt it according to the user response. EnduCloud is designed to support a wide range of activities from walking and running to biking and cross-country ski, outdoor and indoor, and any combination of sports. EnduCloud is designed around the user supporting both unsupervised users training on their own, coached or self-coached athletes training for specific event, and patients training under medical provider supervision, providing a customized interfaces for each population. EnduCloud uses wearable devices and training software’s to interact with the user during and between training sessions. EnduCloud’s training plans and workouts can be downloaded to supported devices, and the training results and daily stats are uploaded from them, starting with Garmin sport watched and expanding.
