Endurance Constructors has teamed up with some of the areas most talented Architectural and Engineering Firms to provide an impeccable service. Determining the clients needs and the function of the Building is the Benchmark of all projects. We begin with an interview process which allows us to understand the clients current, immediate and long term needs. In return the Schematic Design process begins with open discussions with the A&E Team, Contractor and Sub-Contractors input and influence. This saves time and money, eliminating the potential need of Value Engineering. Once the Schematic Design Process is completed our team begins producing both Design Development and Construction Documents. In this stage we begin developing Plans for Permit(s) and our Construction Team starts Mobilizing and shortly after Construction. Going beyond is part of our purpose and calling, for instance we will make certain recommendations prior to a form of investment on Land Purchase. These procedures will allow us to understand existing Soil Conditions, Municipal and State requirements, and in return this will allow us to generate a Construction Cost Budget.
