ENEREX was founded in 2021 under the umbrella of Shtigen Group. It is the pioneer of the liberalized electricity market in Armenia. The company offers the most favorable electricity cost to the enterprises. ENEREX has adopted a customer-oriented policy, providing them with an opportunity to choose the option that suits them best. It refers to the electricity tariff, payment, and cost-benefit ratio. ENEREX carries out energy trade using models developed by leading local and international experts in the field. ENEREX has greatly contributed to the formation of the liberalized electricity market in Armenia through the legislation-forming process. The company closely cooperates with both with the state regulatory bodies and stakeholders․ Eventually, the electricity market shifted from a single supplier to a multiple suppliers model. ENEREX took part in the formation of new market mechanisms, encouraging the development of RE plants with commercial purposes, as well as the expansion and diversification of RE source usage.
