EKA - (EKAnalys AB) was founded in 2010 and is based in Stockholm, Sweden. We are also based in Helsinki via EKA Finland - www.ekafinland.fi - and in Riga via EKA Baltic - www.ekabaltic.lv. EKA is an engineering design service provider mainly in the fields of energy, refrigeration, HVAC, and building physics. Typical services include technical and energy inventory, system design, expert support during construction and commissioning, verifications, field measurements, analysis and performance evaluations. EKA initially worked with refrigeration and HVAC systems in applications such as supermarkets, ice rinks and larger heat pump installations. Today we act as an impartial consultant for any cooling, HVAC, or building physics demand that requires a sustainable solution. The focus is always to save energy and implement environmentally friendly technologies with a strong focus on natural refrigerants. Our solutions strive to minimize life-cycle cost. We strongly believe in continuous development and therefore we have a close relationship with universities such as KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. EKA has a strong network in industry as well as in the academic world which is utilised in common R&D projects. The aim is to be the link between industry and academia and to have the best available knowledge in the field.
