Established in 2014, the Energie EnCorps Wellness Centre, located in Pointe- Claire, is the Montreal West Island's number one resource for yoga, fitness, and wellness. We promote the importance of the mind-body connection and teach people to listen to their bodies. Our team of friendly and knowledgeable teachers, therapists and coaches are passionate about healthy living and uplifting those around us.
Specialists in mindfulness, Energie EnCorps offers over 35 mind-body and fitness classes such as yoga, Zumba, Pilates and strength training classes per week for adults and kids. Holistic health services include massage, osteopathy, nutrition, reiki and personal training.
Energie EnCorps is currently growing the corporate wellness division of its company offering all of the services provided in-house at the Energie EnCorps wellness centre, on-site to companies in the Montreal West Island and surrounding areas.
Energie EnCorps is an internationally recognized Yoga Alliance Teacher Training School, specializing in traditional Ashtanga Yoga. This educational component of our business helps us to stand out in terms of our professionalism and quality of instruction.
