enerG+ provide tailored fitness sessions pushing you to reach your full potential, helping you get fitter & stronger, building self confidence & increasing your enerG for life. enerG+ started in 2009, a one trainer business offering individual and small group mobile personal training in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. Over the years enerG+ grew to offer outdoor bootcamp at Seacliff, boxing groups, matwork pilates, pre & postnatal pilates classes and parents & prams fitness sessions at Trott Park. In 2016 enerG+ opened the O’Halloran Hill boxing & pilates studio offering fitness classes and personal training and is continuing to grow. enerG+ are also encouraging participants to be involved in other activities & challenges, preparing clients for obstacle race events such as True Grit, Operation Blackhawk & Tough Mudder, and running events such as Mother’s Day Classic, City to Bay & Half Marathons. enerG+ hold their own events to get the rest of the family involved in some fun fitness and social activities.
