Energy Central Campus is a unique partnership between the Port of Blyth, Northumberland County Council and the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, focused on creating the pipeline of talent required for the expanding clean energy sector, at the same time, inspiring, training and delivering pathways to employment for the local community.
Energy Central Campus is one of the flagship projects of Energising Blyth, a £90m regeneration programme to grow, renew and connect the town. The programme is funded in partnership with the UK Government Towns Fund, North of Tyne Combined Authority, Northumberland County Council and support from other partners.
