Our core goal is to improve the efficiency of UK housing stock, by ‘retrofitting’ inefficient homes, helping customers reduce energy costs and improve their standard of living. We offer customers a whole range of measures to insulate their homes, retain heat and reduce carbon emissions. We have access to government backed funding for customers which qualify and also provide services to customers who are ‘able to pay’. As a small business, we started off in ECO 3 lead generation and quickly transitioned into becoming an installation company. This allowed us to provide a more complete and valuable service to our customers. It was vital that that the company had the necessary expertise and resources to effectively provide installations before making the transition. We recognised the need for a change and decided to expand our services into the field of underfloor insulation and boiler replacements. Through installing these measures, we helped hundreds of customers in the region, replacing broken boilers and helping them retain the heat within their homes. With the release of ECO 4, which is a whole house approach, with a big push on insulating solid wall properties. EEG realised we would need to expand our services offered to customers. We set out and successfully obtained accreditations for the installation of all fabric insulation measures, with our newfound expertise and knowledge, we began offering a wider range of services to help customers reduce their energy consumption and escape fuel poverty. This has allowed us to have a positive impact on the environment and the community, increasing customer loyalty and trust.
