Energy Evaluation Services Ltd (EES) was founded in 2011 to meet the growing need for sustainable residential & commercial property developments. Previously known as Lumenco, EES has rapidly grown into a national energy efficient and low carbon provider. These models enable us to advise clients, the specification of building fabric, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC) and low or zero carbon technology solutions. It also guarantees that we continuously meet or exceed Building Regulations and/or established criteria including BREEAM and HQM and satisfying local planning guidance. In addition to low carbon feasibility studies, EES is accredited to provide Part L calculations and EPC statements for both commercial (up to Level 5) and residential properties, advising architects and designers on fabric requirements together with heating and hot water systems.
