Energy LOL (Laughter Classes)

As Certified Laughter Coaches, we offer a 60-90 mins team building activity in the workplace which will stimulate employee morale and satisfaction, build trust and stronger team relationships, increase focus and energy levels, as well as promote creativity and enhance learning. Laughter leads to less stress and less burnout in the workplace, encouraging a positive mental attitude and an optimistic view which helps to problem solve more effectively when challenges arise.
