Imagine someone being so present with you, without an agenda, so that you can feel safe enough to go deeper into your healing process and self-discovery work than you thought was possible. When you have the support of a skilled facilitator, you can become aware of areas of your body that need attention and you can “listen” for the messages they may have for you about your healing journey. When the body and mind feel safe and listened to, the anxiety, worry and pain from decades ago starts to release in a very gentle and safe way. As the process deepens and continues, deeper layers of trauma, which affect thinking and memory, start to go away. Gradually the world becomes a better place, and family and friends start to notice. Once you can make the connection within yourself and are better able to listen and understand, your healing capacity can become limitless. Since 2008, Kathryn has been helping clients better connect with themselves at a deep level so that they can transform their perspectives and remove blocks both physically and non-physically.
