Energy Potential provides services relating to the energy efficiency and sustainable components of residential and light commercial buildings. Services for new construction start with energy modeling and HVAC design and analysis then continue through construction with site visits to verify the installation and performance of energy related systems in the home, as well as performance testing for code compliance and program verification. With existing buildings we offer services to determine baseline energy use and the value of energy efficiency upgrades. These services include auditing and performance testing, building energy simulation, reporting and guidance to achieve regional and national incentives for energy efficient retrofits.
