My focus lies in finding balance and harmony between a fit mind and a fit body. A drill instructor with a broad smile. Professional with expertise and common sense, a born entertainer and simply a pleasant person. Since 2003, after years of classical HBO sports education at the University in Poland and completing the CIOS training in the Netherlands, I have never stopped giving lessons and inspiring people to find satisfaction in every drop of sweat. Stagnation is regression; therefore, I am always developing myself to stay on top of any fitness and wellness developments. I use the latest methods and knowledge about functional movement, nutrition, and mindset in my classes and personal coaching.
