In 2011, Engage2Change was born, offering coaching as a developmental process to professionals at times of change in their career or working environment.
From my 6 years experience as a coach and facilitator delivering change and career transition programmes in organisations, I saw a need to also provide an independent and objective coaching and learning space whereby you have the autonomy to diagnose your real needs and marry them to a coaching and development programme.
