About Engaged Churches™ Founded in 2000, Engaged Churches™ exists to Train Leaders to Equip People to Be the Church and specializes in the areas of talent stewardship (strengths development), leadership engagement and spiritual formation through the publishing of training resources, coaching and coaches training. In 2010, Engaged Churches™ separated from The Gallup Organization to become a completely independent ministry. A move that opened the door to further serve the needs of churches, ministries, schools and ministry leaders through the further expansion of low cost, high quality ministry tools, 'next step' resources and training opportunities. Our Mission Engaged Churches™ mission is simple: we exist to train leaders who will equip people to be the church (Ephesians 4:12).
