5) Driving delivery, providing the change delivery experience to support governance and keep things moving in the best direction, driving resolution of issues and mitigation of risks.
6) Specifically for acquisitions, we provide deep-experience-based and practical due diligence. We focus on the target's IT estate; any business and IT change inflight, or planned; and the integration challenges and opportunities.
