About EngeniusMicro
EngeniusMicro is creating sensors and communication protocols for the next generation of IOT connected devices and systems. We have extensive experience in MEMS sensors, microfabrication, electronic packaging, wireless communication. Current work is funded through Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants, service contracts to DoD customers and commercial product development. EngeniusMicro has extensive experience designing, fabricating, modeling, and testing microsensors and microactuators. Fabrication experience includes ceramic processing, electronic packaging, laser machining, microfabrication, EBL fabrication, and nanoimprinting. What makes EngeniusMicro unique is our ability to develop custom, multidisciplinary solutions to solve any sensing application.
