Engineered Property, LLC is a real estate solutions company owned by husband and wife, Eric & Stephanie Clark. We buy houses in the greater Omaha area and we buy at a discount because as most investors know... profit is made at the beginning of the deal rather than the end. Our business is a collaboration with real estate agents, contractors, investors, and others and by using this collective experience Engineered Property,LLC resolves to create the best real estate solution for our investors and customers. Eric Clark is a successful engineer with over 20 years of experience working on large capital projects for Compaq/HP, Kawasaki Railcar and Novartis pharmaceuticals. Eric was a project manager in charge of creating the Kawasaki Railcar facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Stephanie Clark has over 20 years of corporate office experience at the National Basketball Association, Bellagio Resorts, and Mutual of Omaha. Stephanie manages the back office systems for Engineered Property, LLC. She is trained in the Lean methodology of continuous improvement to maximize efficiency in their business.
