Our experience and knowledge provides our clients with valued advice through all phases of the development life cycle providing integrated sustainable solutions from project feasibility analysis through to detailed design and construction. Our role within your project can be tailored to support an already aggregated group of consultants and stakeholders through to undertaking a lead role responsible for engaging and coordinating the consultant team, contractors and authorities from project conception through to construction with services including: 1. Site Assessment & Due Diligence • Identify and capitalise on site specific opportunities and constraints • Identify Risks and develop mitigation strategies 2. Development Conceptualisation & Feasibility Study • Market Analysis and Product Identification • Concept Development, yield analysis and cost estimation 3. Planning & Approvals • Engage supporting consultants through our integrated partnerships across all disciplines • Liaise with State departments, Local Council and regulatory authorities • Engineering Design Development, Coordination & Documentation • Application Preparation and Submission 4. Construction & Delivery • Tendering, assessment, value management and award • Contract preparation, implementation and administration • Site Supervision and Certification
