Engineering & Software Consultants, Inc. (ESCINC) was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia. ESCINC provides comprehensive set of services in information technology and Civil Engineering areas (NDE, geotechnical (soils), asphalt, concrete). In addition, ESCINC has a construction division providing project management and construction design/build services to commercial entities and federal agencies. ESCINC's core competency is in providing support services to federal agencies. ESCINC currently performs on multiple year IDIQ support contracts providing State-of-the-art R&D efforts, Program Management, Laboratory Management, IT Services, and other incidental support functions.
