Engineering Center of the Material and Technical Support Management
Founded on December 7, 1990, the Engineering Center has been dedicated to providing comprehensive information and technical services for the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Initially operating with limited resources, we have grown to become a key player in supporting the legislative branch of government with advanced technological and information systems.
Our services include the development, maintenance, and modernization of information systems and software applications; technical support for computer equipment and telecommunications infrastructure; operation of electronic voting systems, sound amplification, and congress systems; as well as transcription and archiving of parliamentary activities. Additionally, we provide high-quality photography, video services, and television coverage for Parliament events, ensuring comprehensive media coverage and internal communication.
As a vital part of the Parliament’s operations, we continuously work to enhance the technological backbone of Kazakhstan’s legislative process and ensure smooth, secure, and efficient functioning of its activities.
