The practice is also a MEP Modular building and offsite construction specialist and has a wide skill base. EDP staff are registered LCEA Level 4/5 Low Carbon Energy Assessors, we use dynamic simulation software to thermally model projects and issue BRUKL documents for the Part L Building Regulation compliance at the “As-Designed” and “As-Built” stages, provide BREEAM evidence and to produce the necessary EPCs at completion.
