Engineering Excellence

Engineering Excellence is a community for senior tech leaders in Amsterdam. The group has been designed to aid knowledge sharing, best practices and collaborate to make people better leaders. We meet once a quarter to talk about different topics related to Engineering Leadership, these can be both technical or people focused. We have a private Slack channel so the group can collaborate online too and share ideas. The group is currently 60 people made up of; CTOs, VPs, Directors and Heads of Engineering. In 2024 we hosted meetups at; Miro, Adyen, Picnic and Backbase. We’re always interested in adding more members to the group although we do want to retain familiarity with members so spaces are limited, please feel free to reach out to Lorenzo or Will if you’re interested in joining.
