ELS is a newly established start-up company which commenced its operations in February 2021. From a modest start in a small office, our company has grown by leaps and bounds, and we presently handle IFM and PM business worth millions of Rupees. The founding members of the company are ex-multinational Facility Managers and Project Managers. From the outset, we were successful in capturing major multinational and local customer accounts like Shell, CBRE, Citibank, Syngenta, S&P Global, Airlift, Novartis, Avanceon, SSDO, etc. We are an integrated team of Facility Management and Project Management professionals providing clients with a single point of contact for all of their IFM and PM needs, removing operational complexities and reducing cost. Our team members come from multinational organizations, possessing vast knowledge in the fields of high quality and modern Facilities Management and Project Management operations. Customers benefit from our depth of knowledge in modern methods of Maintenance Management and Project Management which ELS brings to their operations. ELS has presence in Islamabad and Karachi, and is very shortly opening offices in Lahore and Faisalabad. We are not your traditional contractor-type of Pakistani maintenance companies.
