Imperial Engineers Without Borders UK

We are EWB Imperial, and our aim is to build a community of Imperial students who is equipped with the understanding, practices and tools to embrace social and ecological responsibility into their professions, and take effective action on the global challenges we face towards a sustainable and resilient world. We were born out of a shared feeling and understanding that our Imperial degree courses were not helping us enough to face, act on and lead in these urgent challenges – ranging from Climate Change, Ecological Degradation and Food Insecurity to Social Inequalities. One of the most important facts you need to know about us is that even tough our name says Engineers, we are open to everyone. To address these Global Challenges, we need everyone.
