Enginuity is a rather unique consultancy. We are what you might call 'Specialist Generalists'. We deal with all the complex areas a Family Office, or Board or CEO for medium sized organisations would normally cover. Most work is currently around setting up and chairing boards / advisory boards. Many organisations grow beyond the natural skill set of their CEO, Board or owners without them knowing it. Recurring issues are usually the main symptom. We work with the leaders to identify where they are at, then guide the development and implemention of a path forward. We take a view of the whole situation and provide a tailored mix of services. We don't fit your problems to predetermined solutions. Rather we use our broad skill set to solve your unique problems in unique ways. This comprehensive assistance helps improve the clarity and efficiency of dealing with the varied and complex issues facing people and businesses. Our work is done through advisory, facilitation, mentoring or implementation activities, or acting at a chair or directorial level on their Board.
