We utilize DFMA (design for Manufacturing and Assembly), GMP (Good manufacturing practices), Lean/Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Value stream mapping Root Cause analysis metrics, to name a few, to execute the best solutions and results that are aligned with the client specific needs and requirements. We provide complete coaching and support on equipment for plastic injection molding, metal stamping, forming, and grinding, Industrial Glass founding, stress and fractology, assembly tooling, and inspection equipment (including complete metrology support). We provide complete assessment, verification, and validation of factories and/or specific line products to ensure they meet manufacturing production requirements and standard quality requirements.
