Engstrom Properties, Inc. has been built on a history of hard work, integrity, cooperation and dedication. By incorporating these values our humble origins have been able to grow from a property management firm overseeing a handful of properties to a portfolio in excess of 1.4 million square feet. We have been successful in a wide variety of real estate projects- from new construction to renovation of blighted properties, including Historic Renovations, such as the Hotel Woodland. Today, some of those initial projects remain a part of our portfolio, including multiple grocery anchored shopping centers, power centers, and office and industrial space with tenants. Since our inception, we have been committed to developing, purchasing, and managing income and investment properties focusing on long-term investment with no end in sight.
