Enhanced Performance Systems (EPS) is a products and services company that helps organizations assess, select, and develop individuals who need to be able to perform at high levels under extremely competitive and/or stressful conditions. EPS works with elite level performers in business, sport, and the military. In addition EPS provides training and certification in the use of The Attentional and Interpersonal Style (TAIS) inventory to other professional consultants and consulting organizations. TAIS is used to assess those concentration and communication skills that are critical to success in a wide range of performance settings.
