Plenitude

Plenitude is a company controlled by Eni that integrates production from renewables, the sale of energy, energy services and a large network of electric vehicle charging points. It currently provides energy to over 10 million households and businesses across Europe, with the objective of exceeding 11 million customers by 2028 and reaching 15 million by 2030. To meet the growing demand for green energy, Plenitude is developing solar and wind projects, with 10GW capacity expected to be in place by 2028 and 15GW by 2030. Plenitude owns a network of 21,500 EV charging points to be expanded in both Italy and Europe. As a Benefit Corporation, Plenitude’s objective of having a positive impact on people, communities and the environment is incorporated into its Articles of Association, and is part of Eni's broader commitment to create value through the energy transition. Operating in over 15 countries around the world and thanks to an integrated and diversified business model, Plenitude will reach net zero CO2 Scope1, 2 and 3 emissions by 2040.
