We're building a network of wholly-owned, partnered, and subcontracted labs as part of a mission to collaborate with our friends in the academic, pharma/biotech, DeSci, and CRO/CDMO community to advance meaningful therapeutics.

Currently we're open to:
- Hiring chemists (from anywhere!) for our lab in Hyderabad, India.
- Hiring analytics/purification specialists in India.
- Hiring chemists to collaborate remotely on project management.
- Partnering with mature CROs in India, or partial-acquiring fledgling ones.
- Partnering with mature CDMOs in India, particularly on solution-phase peptide synthesis (we develop proprietary tags/anchors).
Looking ahead, we're also interested in:
- Hiring in-vitro/assay biologists in India.
- Partnering/co-founding with passionate scientists/developers for a lab in the EU.
- Hiring chemists for a lab we're exploring with a partner in Korea.
- Hiring in-vitro/assay as well as fermentation manufacturing biologists for lab in Korea.
We offer competitive compensation at minimum, fair performance-based bonuses, as well as equity opportunities (company and IP-specific, internally and via close partners) for those eager to seriously invest their energy/inventiveness.
As a CRO we're currently focused on discovery and scale-up chemistry services. Our internal R&D revolves around tropical diseases and much of our partnered R&D around degenerative disorders (example: https://linkedin.com/company/breakloop).
