Enjoy Acid

Acid is an experimental spirits laboratory committed to changing the way we view consumption and waste. Located in Queens, NY, in the back of Evil Twin Brewery, Acid creates small batch, vacuum distilled, spirits showcasing up-cycled and hyper in season ingredients with an emphasis on repurposing waste. At Acid, our mission is simple: to create a New Way to Drink Responsibly. We focus on finding unique ways to bring you a high quality product and achieve this mission by deploying products that embody our core values or what it means to be seasonal, regional, and repurposed. We partner with local, like-minded companies to help drive our mission and make our products possible. Through our projects, we’ve focused on fostering a connected community–one who knows where their food comes from and cares about closing the loop–helping us to create a cycle of change. With our Acid Harvest Series, we collaborate with local farms and like-minded businesses in the community to create a product as close to a zero waste and closed loop system as possible. Each Acid project creates a product that not only tastes great but one that aligns with our values of sustainability and responsible sourcing. Through the Versa Series we focus on repurposing and redirecting food waste in our community to give it a new life.
