Enlisted Fellows Forum

The Enlisted Fellows Forum is a community of professionals passionate about increasing enlisted representation in fellowship programs across the DoD, academia, industry, think tanks, and beyond. Lines of Effort: - Increase awareness of fellowship/fellowship-like opportunities among the enlisted force - Advocate for enlisted representation in fellowship programs, including those that are typically officer-centric - Foster an environment of support and collaboration to empower enlisted professionals to apply for fellowship opportunities - Create pathways for eliminating barriers that prevent enlisted from participating in DoD fellowship programs
