Ennismore LLC and its affiliates ("Ennismore") form a boutique real estate advisory and investment firm with extensive counter-party relationships, market, valuation and transactional expertise. Ennismore acts as both advisor and principal participating alongside operators and investors across multiple real estate asset classes and risk-return profiles with a primary focus in the U.S. and Europe. Alexander Budney founded Ennismore in 2013 having spent his career up until that point focused on acquisitions, capital markets, development and management for world class real estate operators and investors in both New York and London. Throughout this time Mr. Budney developed wide-ranging relationships and capabilities in property investment, capital structuring and development.
