EnnoDC is a clinical-stage biotech that designs and develops DC engagers. By simultaneously allowing antigen-priming and controlled activation of dendritic cells in-vivo, these next generation immunotherapies induce a precise, broad and durable immune response in patients with the toughest cancer or viral infection. Our proprietary DC engagers’ studio has fueled a dynamic pipeline of 5 antibody candidates. After a first clinical validation in HIV and COVID-19, the company is now advancing two programs in HPV16+ oropharyngeal and prostate cancer. Founded in 2020, the company is located in PariSanté Campus (Paris, France) and Kendall Square (Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA). The company's versatile platform, validated in infectious disease trials, is now advancing two programs in immuno-oncology: • EDC.HPVE6E7 targets the Human Papilloma Virus HPV16 E6/E7 antigens in patients with HPV-16 induced oropharyngeal cancer, the most common form of this disease accounting for more than 60% of head-and-neck cancer cases. This DC engager candidate is currently evaluated in a Phase I/II multicentric double-blind placebo-controlled dose escalation trial (NCT06007092). The study is conducted by Gustave Roussy, Europe’s first cancer center. In December 2024, EnnoDC has presented encouraging preliminary data at ESMO IO. • EDC.PCA targets prostate cancer antigens. Prostate cancer is the second most frequent cancer in men, has the best survival rates (97% at 5 years) but the challenge of recurrence is still a major concern (up to 40% of patients). EDC.PCA is currently in preclinical development stage.
