Founded and led by Simon, whose aerospace career spans nearly four decades, Enomis draws on unparalleled experience across engine MRO, quality systems, and the aviation aftermarket. From an early start as a powerplant engineering apprentice at British Airways in '88, Simon advanced through senior technical and quality roles at GE Aerospace, Emirates Dubai, and most recently as Quality Manager for a rapidly growing Part 145 MRO. At AerFin, Simon introduced key business functions, built and trained new teams, and significantly enhanced the QMS and quality culture across four global sites—leading multi-approval systems (UK CAA, EASA, FAA) and holding Form 4 as Compliance Monitoring Manager, Safety Manager, and Quality Manager.
