Enplan is a planning, landscape and environmental consultancy based in Lewes and Milton Keynes. We deliver first class projects of all scales through the planning and development process. In the increasingly high level of environmental and legislative demands and we develop relevant, effective and innovative strategies and designs to meet and surpass these requirements. We work closely with our clients and value non-traditional client/consultant relationships without the normal barriers that can exist in the professional environment. We seek to fully appreciate our client’s objectives and to commit our professional skills in an open and creative working environment. Whether we are leading a team or part of a team, we work for the success of that team. Enplan was started in 2000 by Phillip Russell-Vick (Landscape Director) and Martin Carpenter (Planning Director). Richard Hodgetts is also a director and runs the Milton Keynes office. They brought together a team of experienced senior staff and able young professionals to work on a wide portfolio of projects that has expanded ever since.
