Enqcor AG is an advisory services and principal investment firm operating through two independent business entities, Enqcor Advisory and Enqcor Capital. Enqcor Advisory provides M&A, financial and strategic advisory, execution and support services to leading public and private corporations, entrepreneurs, financial sponsors, government entities and private individuals across industries and sectors. We advise our clients on all aspects of private and public transactions, capital structure matters and related financial and strategic topics. We are specialized in the execution of projects, workstreams and single tasks in deal and deal-related situations. Our support services include M&A department outsourcing, external capacity and resources. Enqcor's advisory solutions are characterized by the highest quality and a degree of flexibility with a depth and breadth of services beyond the typical offering of traditional financial advisors. We deliver our services on multi layers (advisory, execution and support), on a modular basis (transactions, projects or elements thereof) and in a wide array of situations, building upon and complementing our client’s individual capabilities and resources. Enqcor Capital identifies investment opportunities, deploys long-term capital and manages portfolio companies. Our focus is on the sourcing and arranging of proprietary deals for Enqcor Capital, Enqcor Advisory clients and third parties. We typically seek controlling investments and partner with companies in divestitures, carve-outs and succession situations. We preferably engage with businesses with growth ambitions, strong competitive positionings and scalable business models in different sectors. We build our partnerships on the heritage of a company and facilitate a sustainable and independent development based on the existing culture and people. Enqcor Capital is focused on middle market opportunities in the DACH region. Enqcor AG was founded in 2020 and is based in Zurich.
