I am Manmeet Narang, an ICF-certified ACC coach. For more than 10 years I have had the honour to work with the human mind specifically that of the youth, young adults, parents, women and seniors. I design experiential workshops that foster self-awareness, communication skills, leadership ability, creativity, resiliency and emotional wellbeing. I use the medium of writing, art, games and activities in group coaching and mentoring programs. Once upon a time, I used to operate out of a closed circle until I discovered the joy of living with doors open for change, growth and possibilities. Being a mindfulness and NLP practitioner, I hold a safe, non-judgmental space infused with calm energy where you can share and bare yourself.
