After being with Morgan Stanley for 2 years James quickly realized he could do better running his own firm - So he left Morgan Stanley and formed Ensure Capital (formerly Oaktree Capital) in 2011. Offering 401 K and various retirement solutions. James brokered his first Business sale in 2015. He sold the business of a client that he had managed money for over 7 years. This business sold very quickly and smoothly and his client received enough funds to retire very comfortably.
