In April 2017 I started EnterAgile. As Transformation Consultant | Trainer | Coach I want to challenge, inspire and co-create responsive organizations. I believe in Agile as a means to become responsive. Responsive in three areas: 1 innovation; 2 change; 3 “run”/operations. This means responsiveness in the whole lifecycle of products / services / experiences. Lifecycles including birth, growing, declining, starving, and evolution. I believe in people as the building blocks of responsive organizations. People as customer and people as employee. Connecting people in collaboration, co-creating products / services / experiences, based on high autonomy and high alignment. People collaborating in teams, teams collaborating in value steams. Personal Leaders aligned by a shared purpose. I believe in Agile people. The foundation for a future proof, responsive organization is an agile mindset. Enter the Agile Mindset: EnterAgile!
