3 “run”/operations.
This means responsiveness in the whole lifecycle of products / services / experiences.
Lifecycles including birth, growing, declining, starving, and evolution.
I believe in people as the building blocks of responsive organizations. People as customer and people as employee. Connecting people in collaboration, co-creating products / services / experiences, based on high autonomy and high alignment. People collaborating in teams, teams collaborating in value steams. Personal Leaders aligned by a shared purpose.
I believe in Agile people.
