Enterprise Transformation Circle (EnTranCe)

As an Enterprise Transformation Community, we bring companies together to share experiences, analyze pitfalls and develop best practices for your successful enterprise transformation. Learning and growing together through interactivity is our top priority: Participate in working groups on specific transformation topics or learn from other community members through our best practice articles. Our platform is based on a collection of 16 relevant transformation factors that support the search for the right working group or best practice article. In order to continuously develop further, we also offer an assessment for each transformation factor. In the context of publicly visible projects such as the Digital Cookbook and the Seven Sins of Ag-ile, we have found that cross-company collaboration is far more revealing than the finished artefact (e.g. book or series of articles). Therefore, we created EnTranCe as a collaboration and knowledge platform and used the Digital Cookbook as a methodological basis.
