EM Highway Services Limited (EM) is a dedicated highways maintenance and management provider, specialising in the delivery of road maintenance contracts. Formed in 2005, EM is a separate limited company that operates its own banking arrangements without dependency on its shareholder company, Mouchel Limited for funding. Based in Manchester, we have contract offices and depots located throughout the UK. We also have a dedicated design centre based at Welwyn Garden City that supports all of our contracts in the delivery of design solutions and safety assessments for bridges, environmental schemes, highways, street lighting and traffic management as well as undertaking Road Safety Audits, specialist structure investigation and value engineering. We are able to call upon over 6,000 personnel within our shareholder organisations, ensuring that we have the expertise, skills, resource and commitment to respond to any challenge, providing cost-effective and efficient services in the delivery of our highways maintenance contracts.
