Who We Are - Helping you ease your Buying Process, saving you Time and Money We are a professional Property Brokerage and a Strategic Alliance Partner of The Powerhouse Property Group, originally founded in 2009 by a group of like-minded property investment professionals. As a result of working with a range of clients over many years looking for that special new home or to downsize or relocate and the many investor clients looking to build successful property portfolios, the founders recognised the need to provide ongoing and fulfilling property investment services to enhance the understanding and strategies required to build ongoing wealth through property. Enterprise Property Agents are dedicated to providing a full range of strategic property acquisition and advocacy services to clients up and down the Australian East Coast and beyond. We work with clients on a daily basis, analysing and planning and fully strategising their property portfolios and then sourcing, financing and ultimately acquiring quality investment properties as investments to add to our client’s portfolios or to occupy as their principal place of residence. The founding outcome was to provide the information, education and understanding that would give clients of Enterprise Property Agents the skills, strategies, resources and support to succeed in building a successful property portfolio. Since our inception Enterprise Property Agents has built our foundation membership and has helped many of our clients to be successful in acquiring investment properties. As a result of working with clients within a number of successful property investment organisations, over many years and helping them to build successful property portfolios, the Founders recognised the need to provide ongoing and fulfilling property investment education in a focus.
