ENTRUM is youth entrepreneurship ideas contest and development programme based on concept of an ideal of a personality with enterprsing mindset and 4-steps methodology. ENTRUM 4-steps methodology is designed to meet 13-19 year old youngsters needs. It allows to create enterprising mindset among teenagers, educate, give necessary skills and experience, as well integrate them to the entrepreneur's network and national entrepreneurship development ecosystem in very short period of time. ENTRUM engages youngsters through a number of attractively designed interactive outstanding events that take place once a month and consists of sharing experience by invited entrepreneurial leaders, social skills and business-project development seminars, games, face-to-face coaching sessions and hands on activities conducted by youngsters in their communities. The development programme culminates with national business ideas contest giving addtional boost to best young business ideas and social entrepreneurship projects. ENTRUM started first in Estonia in 2010. Today ENTRUM actively shares its experience, as well helps to build up national Youth Entrepreneurship Development ecosystem in different countries across the globe. ENTRUM curriculum and methodology acknowledged by several international awards: Swedish Business Award 2011, World Chambers Award Winner 2013, European CSR Award Scheme Winner 2013
