Envalution

Envalution is a boutique consultancy providing services to managers and executives in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Both members have extensive and diverse consulting and management experience. With 30 years corporate experience, Lindiwe is now an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and empowers leaders to navigate change, build resilience, and lead with empathy and authenticity. She facilitates culture change interventions for transforming organisations and fostering inclusive working environments. Lindiwe is a facilitator and assessor on executive education programmes, and has a particular passion for supporting professional women at all levels of management. Anthony has had a 45-year corporate and academic career in research. He is an acknowledged expert in research design, data integrity, statistical analysis, research ethics, and academic integrity. Anthony has lectured, supervised and published research in these fields, and now supports organisations and institutions across a variety of contexts, projects, and assignments. Both Lindiwe and Anthony are trained mediators and available for conflict interventions, workplace and commercial mediation. Anthony’s combination of analytical skills and labour relations experience are unique and invaluable.
