At Envirocarbon Engineering, we’re building the future—one tire at a time. Founded in 2024, Envirocarbon Engineering is a green technology company based in India, focused on transforming the waste management and materials recovery landscape. We design and manufacture advanced pyrolysis plants that convert end-of-life tires into Recovered Carbon Black (rCB), pyrolysis oil, steel, and syngas. By turning a global waste challenge into a resource opportunity, we help industries cut emissions, recover valuable materials, and align with circular economy goals. Our flagship offering—the End-of-Life Tire Pyrolysis Plant—is engineered for continuous operations, zero emissions, and maximum output. Using Industry 4.0 technologies, we’ve built systems that are intelligent, data-driven, and sustainable at scale. Each plant is tailored to our client’s needs, offering end-to-end turnkey solutions including custom-designed equipment, automation and instrumentation, water and air management, and post-processing systems. But we’re more than just plant builders. Envirocarbon is a full-scope sustainability partner. We offer engineering consultancy, process optimization, ISCC and other sustainability certification support, and material innovation services. Our team includes veterans like Mr. Ashis Kumar Ghosh, a global leader in the carbon black industry, and Dr. Arunima Dasgupta, an ex-ISRO scientist driving our climate strategy. In our first year, we recovered over 3,000 metric tons of carbon and partnered with 11+ clients across India and Bangladesh—including automotive manufacturers, waste recyclers, and energy providers. We're on track for an INR 50 crore turnover in FY 2024-25, and growing rapidly with a vision aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
